The 13th-month pay is a cherished Filipino tradition and a mandatory benefit under Philippine law, providing employees with an extra month’s salary in December. While Virtual Pixie, as a U.S.-based company, is not required to provide this benefit, we offer it as an optional addition at the client’s discretion.
It is equivalent to 1/12th of an employee's basic salary within a calendar year
This optional payment can also be allocated towards their health insurance allowance, if the VA chooses
Please be aware that taxes and processing fees will be deducted from this holiday payment
